Our real properties are excellent. Many of our objects have won awards and prizes, e.g. for accomplished architecture. We work together with first-class architects and place great value even on small details.

Each and every one of our buildings blends in perfectly with its environment. In Heide and Lüneburg, for example, we have built long-term care facilities whose clinker brick architecture with its numerous gables and dormers resembles historic old cities. In Berlin we have integrated Wilhelminian style elements in the historicizing façades of several buildings. For our modern architecture in Berlin-Reinickendorf that uses modern materials such as glass, steel and wood and yet blends in with the surrounding architectural style we have been awarded the district’s developers’ award (Bauherrenpreis). Our shopping mall Waldach-Passage in Nagold was also awarded the developers’ award at the Regional Contest organized by the Department of Commerce and by the Chamber of Architects of Baden-Württemberg. Regardless whether it is our shopping malls or our long-term care facilities: our architectural concepts incorporate the particularities of the surrounding area and combine the old and the new, the playful and the practical, the beautiful and the unique. This way, we create buildings that blend in and fill old empty spaces or waste land with architectural gems.
Inside the buildings we also work with a lot of love of detail and with a fine sense of what people like: we use warm materials, bright colors, and pleasant contrasts – and all that in combination with winter gardens, light-flooded atriums and fabulous gardens. HBB creates working and living space that people simply feel good about. And in doing so, we also play lots of attention to quality. I.e., we use only the best materials that will secure the properties’ value and, by the way, increase the comfort level: whether it is Italian tiles in the bathrooms, roof terraces covered with Bangkirai wood or the use of state-of-the-art security and emergency call systems in the nursing rooms - HBB provides quality at the highest level.
