Mannheim Specialist Retail Centre

In 2004 HBB worked in close cooperation with the council in the Mannheim district of Käfertal to construct a new specialist retail centre with a gross floor area of approx. 16,000 m².

A competition was held for the design of the building’s façade. Alongside the hypermarket, operated by Marktkauf Holding GmbH, are many specialist retailers and shops.
