Convenience Centre Büdelsdorf

A convenience centre will soon go up in the heart of the town of Büdelsdorf. The centre will fill a gap in the town’s commercial fabric left by the closing of businesses whilst also creating an appealing new way for the people living nearby to meet their everyday needs.

The two anchor tenants, a supermarket and a discount store, will be complemented by restaurants, small shops and consumer-oriented service providers on the upper levels.
Planning is being carried out by Flensburg architects VKR Schaffer.
The attractive architecture of the centre draws on the buildings in its immediate vicinity. What has long been an empty lot will now become a key addition to the commercial heart of the town. The total net floor area of the centre will be 5,000 m².
