Real hypermarket, Wolfsburg

A Metro hypermarket is being built at the Heinenkamp business park in the south of Wolfsburg alongside the existing construction strip. Its appearance should stop the outflow of purchasing power in the direction of nearby Braunschweig.

The retailer Real is now also getting involved in improving the situation of the location. It will operate a retail space in Wolfsburg city centre, thus securing the viability of the “Südkopfcenter”.
