Waldach-Passage Nagold

On the disused site of the Gambrinus brewery at the edge of Nagold town centre we constructed in less than ten months a modern shopping centre with a supermarket, offices, shops, cafés, restaurants, ground-level parking spaces and two parking decks. We managed to attract a dependable partner in the shape of EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Südwest mbH.

The design which HBB implemented on the 7,400-m² site was “just what Nagold needs,” as the town’s mayor Rainer Prewo stated back in the early planning phase in May 2003. The opening ceremony took place in September 2006.

Düsseldorf architect firm RKW Rhode, Kellermann, Wawrowsky ( www.rkw-as.de ) was in charge of construction planning.
