A modern care home of almost 10,000 m² and with space for 181 elderly people is being constructed in an attractive location just a few minutes from the centre of the Berlin borough of Steglitz. The home will include a special care area for people with dementia. Like all HBB care homes, the building will be constructed according to the highest standards.
The building’s design displays attention to detail and has an old-fashioned appeal based on the Wilhelmian architectural style so typical in Berlin. All the rooms have en-suite facilities and virtually all are single rooms.
