DOMICIL’s long-term care facility Frankfurt Höchst

Prime location right next to the municipal park

Frankfurt will be home to yet another DOMICIL`s long-term care facility . Traditionally, the suburb of Höchst has been known as an industrial center. Located west of downtown Frankfurt, Höchst has quite some attractive spots to offer: e.g. the municipal park next to the banks of the Main River and the old city wall. It is a local recreation area and attracts many people. The new long-term care facility will be developed on Kurmainzer Straße road – only 200 meters away from the park’s ample green spaces and bodies of water that can be viewed from the building’s rear side.

Distinct upgrade of the neighborhood

HBB will build the modern building with a gross floor area of about 9,375 m2 on the site of the former department store Möbelcity Wesner. This will contribute to the development and upgrading of this area that is located between the municipal park and the center of Höchst, as desired by the city. We are currently also building a modern, upscale residential building on another construction plot at the same site. But there will also be quite some changes happening in the close vicinity of Höchst. Upon completion of the construction work the building will feature modern rooms that comply with the highest safety standards and will be able to accommodate 173 elderly persons who are in need of care. The nursing home is expected to be opened in late 2011 / early 2012.
