DOMICIL is building a new care home in the Westend district of Offenbach. This state-of-the-art facility will provide 180 care places and offer a comfortable home that reflects DOMICIL’s principle of ensuring residents can continue to lead an active life in a safe and familiar environment.

The building will be situated on the site of the former Kaiser Friedrich mineral water source in one of Offenbach’s most sought-after residential areas, with a variety of shops, doctor’s surgeries and chemists, etc. just around the corner.

The care home is set to open in early 2011

HBB invested a total of 20 million euros into the project, and at the end of April 2011 it has been turned to the management of DOMICIL.
