Neu-Isenburg DOMICIL long-term care facility
In the middle of Neu-Isenburg
Carl-Ulrich-Straße is the main axis of Neu-Isenburg, a city with a population of 36,000, in direct proximity of Offenbach and Frankfurt. By order of HBB Hanseatische Gesellschaft für Seniorenheime mbH, a modern long-term care facility is being built here, on the grounds of a former car dealership. Where cars used to be sold and repaired, 130 senior citizens will soon find a new home on the property of about 4,000 m². The proximity to the downtown area offers the residents the possibility to continue taking part in daily life and to maintain the contact with the surroundings they are used to.
Good cooperation, best results
Due to constructive cooperation with the municipality and the local authorities, the modern building of timeless and attractive architecture designed by the Berlin architecture office Broll-Förster can be realized quickly. The future operating company, DOMICIL-Seniorenresidenzen GmbH, has a good assistance and care concept. The good ratings from test results by the Medical Review Board of the Statutory Health Insurance Funds of 1.2 on average support this. The Hamburg investor HBB is very active in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar region, and has invested an amount of about 15 million euros in Neu-Isenburg. In cooperation with the operating company, about 80 permanent jobs will be created in the city because of this project.
