DOMICIL Care Home, Residenzstrasse (Berlin-Reinickendorf)
HBB constructed this DOMICIL care home in a central position on Residenzstrasse in the Berlin borough of Reinickendorf. A few minutes’ walk takes residents to the popular Residenzstrasse shopping area and to the peaceful park area on the shores of the Schäfersee lake.
The home, with space for 167, is the most modern facility of its kind in Reinickendorf and was built according to the highest standards. It has a modern design incorporating wood, glass and steel.
In August 2006 we received the Bauherrenpreis 2006 of the borough of Reinickendorf for this project, winning in the category “Newly built social facility”.
