The DOMICIL senior nursing home on Techowpromenade, in the district of Wittenau, has become the sixth project for seniors built by HBB in Berlin. The captivating location is a quiet residential area in a mature well-to-do district with lots of greenery and older tree stock, as well as proximity to the surrounding urban infrastructure. Reinickendorf city hall, shopping, and local transit connections are all accessible within a short walking distance. Large parks located right at the doorstep offer relaxation through nature.

High Quality is the Standard

Through close, constructive coordination with the district administration, the building acquired a modern and inviting design that references elements of the Bauhaus style. High-quality cladding materials and wood paneling on the recessed penthouse adorn the façade. A large garden belongs to the amenities that are considered a given in HBB’s senior nursing homes. An in-house kitchen and laundry attest to the high quality of the establishment and make it possible to cater to special requests. The new care facility, just recently opened, offers a new home to 170 residents. The services provided encompass all levels of care.
