Plots and properties wanted

As a building investor and project developer we are constantly on the look out for suitable plots of lands or properties where we can implement new plans for retail centres or care homes. The following pages tell you exactly what we are looking for.

Retail properties

Plots and properties of interest to us should be:

• situated anywhere in Germany
• not less than 5,000 m²
• available rent-free
• in towns or cities with at least 10,000 inhabitants
• required building rights will be obtained by us
• well connected to the transport infrastructure
• the right shape (square or rectangular)

Retirement properties

• Locations: Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and other cities in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse (at least 75,000 inhabitants)
• Around 2,500 m² to 9,000 m²
• With or without existing structure, available rent free
• Gross floor area around 6,600 m² to 12,000 m ²
• Building rights for a care home (as applicable to a WA [“Allgemeines Wohngebiet” - generalresidential area], MK [“Kerngebiet” – key area] or MI [“Mischgebiet” – mixed residential and light commercial area], or with regard to Section 34 of the Building Code [BauGB])
• Central, densely populated residential area, good neighbourhood locations, well connected totransport infrastructure (both public and private); daily supply infrastructure (supermarket,bakery, hair salon, etc.) should be present nearby; stable social environment
• Ideal: market square in front, park at the rear
• Maturely developed area; we do not participate in neighbourhood development schemes
