Social responsibility is a grand concept that needs to be implemented on a small scale as well, namely in our daily actions. As project service provider for real estates, we take responsibility by paying attention that our buildings are compatible from an urbanistic, architectural and economic standpoint while preserving resources and the environment. As client, we select service partners who share our values.

Both our retail properties and nursing homes are based on well thought through concepts that are economical in the long run. This way, we are indirectly creating new, secure jobs. Through our partner DOMICIL alone, more than 2000 new jobs were created across Germany to date.

But HBB also takes direct social responsibility as employer: we are a growing company that trains young people and offers attractive jobs in a friendly and family-oriented environment. In addition to that, we act as sponsor and patron in numerous social projects.

Social responsibility is not a “motto” for HBB. It is rather a natural expression of our tradition as a family-run business.
