This process starts with submitting the initial creative concepts and ends with the turnkey delivery of the object to the future operator or tenant, since some of the properties remain in our portfolio. The same services are provided in connection with long-term care facilities, but here we offer even more: namely an overall service, including nursing and care services provided through our partner DOMICIL.
