Deka Immobilien has the HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG commissioned with the center management, including commercial and technical property management as well as the leasing management for two of their shopping centers: the Nedderfeld Center in Hamburg and  Alleen Center in TrierThe takeover will take place on 1 January 2026.

With this mandate, HBB is further expanding its successful collaboration with institutional investors and assuming responsibility for two established retail locations of high regional importance.

Nedderfeld Center Hamburg

The Nedderfeld Center Located in the Eppendorf district, directly on the famous car dealership strip, the retail park opened in 1989 and underwent extensive revitalization in 2022. It comprises two buildings and offers approximately 18.000 m² of leasable space with around 25 tenants.

Anchor tenants include MediaMarkt, Kaufland, and SPORTSclub Eppendorf. Other tenants such as Fressnapf, Easy Pharmacy, Woolworths, Ernsting's Family, and TEDi ensure a strong local shopping experience. Around 520 parking spaces are available to customers.

Alleen Center Trier

The Alleen Center Trier Located in a prime location directly next to Trier's main train station and near the pedestrian zone, it offers approximately 23.000 m² of retail space and around 23 shops, making it a central hub for the region.

Strong tenants such as Kaufland, Aldi, Media Markt, Rossmann, Takko, New Yorker, and Deichmann form the foundation of the center. The offerings are complemented by various dining options, Fitness First, medical practices, a dance school, and other office tenants. Approximately 860 parking spaces are available for visitors.

Further development and partnership

Through this collaboration, Deka and HBB aim to continuously optimize the tenant and sector mix of both centers and sustainably position the locations in the market. A particular focus is on increasing customer appeal, strengthening the local retail function, and adapting to changing retail and leisure needs.
