Largest shopping center in Northern Germany: HBB takes over leasing for dodenhof Posthausen
The HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG will take over the exclusive mandate for rental management for dodenhof Posthausen, the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, from July 16, 2024. The center, located near Bremen, offers a sales area of more than 125.000 square meters and is easily accessible via the A1 and A27 motorways. With its around 60 shops, dodenhof Posthausen attracts over five million visitors a year, who have 5.000 free parking spaces at their disposal.
The impressive variety with over 4.000 brands makes the family-run shopping center a unique attraction for the entire region. The range includes the various dodenhof product worlds such as the Fashion World, Sport World, Technology World and Gourmet World. In addition, there is the approximately 40.000 square meter large furniture store XXXLutz dodenhof, a shop mall and specialist stores with well-known tenants such as Aldi, H&M, New Yorker, Rossmann, TK Maxx, Smyths Toys and an Obi hardware store. The diverse mix is complemented by numerous providers from the fashion and lifestyle sectors as well as comprehensive service and service offers and a wide selection of restaurants.
