PATRIZIA commissions HBB Centermanagement with the management of approximately 200 retail properties in Germany

PATRIZIA SE has the HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG PATRIZIA has been commissioned to manage several retail portfolios in Germany. The mandate comprises approximately 200 retail properties. The services include commercial and technical property management, lease management, and, at selected locations, center management. This mandate is part of PATRIZIA's strategy to actively manage and optimize its German retail portfolio – with the aim of increasing performance at the property level and creating long-term value.

The properties managed cover a broad spectrum: from single-tenant properties such as discount stores, supermarkets, and DIY stores to retail parks and shopping centers. The focus is particularly on high-traffic, neighborhood-oriented retail formats characterized by their resilience and stable profitability. These include, among others, the Harburg Arcaden (Hamburg), the Florapark Magdeburg, the Alb-Donau-Center Ehingen, and the... Chinon Center Hofheim.
