We are looking for suitable properties throughout Germany for the development and construction of our senior care properties.
Criteria
- Plot size: minimum approx. 2.500 m² to approx. 15.000 m²
- with and without existing building fabric
- Gross floor area (GFA) min. Approx. 6.500 m² to 10.000 m² possibly more
- Building regulations for nursing homes (WA, MK, MI area or § 34)
- Good to basic residential areas near city centers, in smaller
