HBB invests in existing commercial properties with the main type of use being offices and warehouse/logistics properties. Our goal is not only to stabilize and optimize the existing rental situation through active asset management, but also to continuously improve the working environment of our tenants. The properties should experience a sustainable increase in value through appropriate investment measures. We work intensively with our tenants to meet the demands and needs of modern companies. Initial valuation of your property

In an initial evaluation, we analyze the property regarding to relevant prospects. Among other things, the following aspects are examined:

  • Structural and market analysis
  • Development and implementation of a rental strategy and a corresponding marketing concept
  • Supervision of investment measures such as rental space expansion and conversion, maintenance and modernization measures
  • Reposition the object if necessary

The ideal location

An important factor is the correct location of the property. We attach importance to:

  • Location in German metropolitan areas with a stable economic structure
  • Sustainable inner-city or district locations with corresponding potential for development
  • Adequate rental turnover and transaction liquidity in the submarket
  • Good traffic situation thanks to connections to public transport and long-distance transport
  • Office properties in the Core-Plus and Opportunity segments are also interesting investment properties for HBB.
