Since HBB was founded in 1970, we have also been responsible for project development and administration in the area of housing construction. Our over 50 years of experience and performance are reflected in our success in finding and implementing solutions in all areas. In addition to the numerous residential units in our administration, the regular projects also show the standard behind all of our properties: think and plan holistically, work professionally at all levels, create something special and take responsibility in every phase of the project development.
Since the founding of HBB, we have been implementing residential development projects in many parts of Germany. The investments that we design and implement either remain in our portfolio or are sold to third parties after a certain holding period. Every project we pursue meets current market demands and is individually tailored to the requirements of future users. The planning is carried out in close coordination with local representatives so that local peculiarities and wishes can be incorporated into the architecture and design. We are currently focusing our activities in this area in particular on Berlin and the surrounding area of Berlin as well as on selected locations in northern Germany.
In the area of housing construction, HBB also sees itself as an authority for development and services for third party market participants who do not have the staff and know-how on their own for more complex project developments in this specialist area, for example for those property owners who want to sustainably develop their property as well as for investment companies that are involved in residential investments but cannot carry out developments themselves. We are the professional partner for all known types of housing such as multi-story apartments, neighborhood solutions, combinations with other uses such as daycare centers and businesses, in short, everything a client would want. Our activities in this segment are primarily in larger metropolitan areas and larger cities, although HBB is by no means regionally limited when it comes to client interest.

Creating functional and life-oriented living space is particularly important to HBB, because the company has its origins in the trade and construction of residential properties and, despite the rapid development in other projects, never wants to lose touch with its roots.
We are looking for suitable properties throughout Germany for our project development of residential properties. We do not limit ourselves to real estate and land that can only be used for living. Properties with some commercial space are also interesting to us.
