We take a holistic approach to managing retail properties throughout their entire life cycle. This includes retail parks, inner-city business districts, neighborhood centers, shopping centers, hypermarkets, and local supply centers.
Architecturally, our commercial properties always fit harmoniously into their surroundings and are conceptually seen as an extension of the urban environment - not as an isolated building. We engage in close coordination processes with municipalities, citizens and operators during project development and thus ensure a constructive and smooth process during project implementation. We have already realized numerous properties and know from our experience what the success of locations is based on.
Project development begins with the first creative concepts and ends with the turnkey handover to future owners or tenants. On request, we can take care of the Center and asset management.
