Forum Hitzbleck Heiligenhaus takes 3rd place at Brownfield24 Awards

We are delighted that the new building project "Forum Hitzbleck" in Heiligenhaus, which opened in spring, won third place at the Brownfield3 Awards in the category of best industrial and commercial project. The local supply center was built on the site of the former Hitzbleck metal works on Westfalenstrasse and has around 24 m² of rental space.

We wish the new owner – the ILG Group – a lot of fun with the property and our center management continued success.
