German shopping center experts inspect innovative security technology at Forum Schwanthalerhöhe
Tomorrow, Thursday, around 40 shopping centers and security experts will be able to see the security technology based on an intelligent video surveillance system, which is being installed in a shopping center for the first time in Germany, in the Forum Schwanthalerhöhe. The software platform with corresponding surveillance technology developed by the German company G2K Group represents a new dimension of possible security, as the reaction time and the information value (what exactly happened?) for the actors involved can be significantly improved due to preset and artificially learned scenarios. The security technology, which was customized on behalf of HBB, works perfectly as planned and was installed ready for series production by the scheduled opening date. "Implementing our AI-based software platform in Schwanthaler Höhe is a wonderful project for us and underlines the market maturity of our technology. The added value of the solution is clearly noticeable here from the start," says Jörg Hensen, Chief Sales Officer of the G2K Group, and states: "In HBB, we have found a highly innovative partner who was willing to go down this path."
For HBB, it is a small consolation that at least its own trades have delivered on time as agreed. "For us, the safety of our visitors and employees in the center is always our top priority," explains Harald Ortner, Managing Director of HBB, and concludes, "The pioneering ideas of the G2K Group have met our security concept and together we have now implemented an innovative technology for the first time in a German shopping center. We are particularly pleased that 40 experts are interested in this even before the actual opening in June."
