The progress is now clearly visible.
Saarbrücken – Last year at this time we reported that the investor HBB Hanseatische Gesellschaft für Seniorenimmobilien II mbH & Co. KG from Hamburg was building its first senior care home in Saarbrücken in the St. Arnual district. The ARGE DOMICIL-Seniorenpflegeheim Saarbrücken, consisting of Peter Gross Hoch- und Generalbau GmbH & Co. KG from St. Ingbert and Wolff Hoch- und Ingenieurbau GmbH & Co. KG from Saarbrücken, was commissioned to build the home.
In the meantime, one can clearly see what the new house on the beautiful Wackenberg, which offers space for a total of 137 residents, will look like.
But what is the current state of affairs?
Despite the difficulties resulting from the corona pandemic and the military conflict in Ukraine, especially with regard to disrupted supply chains and rising energy costs, the construction project is continuing to progress, according to the investor's managing director, Oliver Radünz.
The windows have already been installed, roofing and plastering work is in full swing and various works in the outdoor area indicate that the property is well on its way to completion. We assume that we will be able to hand over the finished house to DOMICIL in July next year, so nothing should stand in the way of an opening next summer, says Oliver Radünz. As far as we know, it is already possible to apply for a future-oriented and modern workplace at DOMICIL.
