HBB awarded contract to reposition the “Flensburg Galerie”

MAS Real Estate has appointed “HBB Centermanagement” for the creation and implementation of a design to reposition the “Flensburg Galerie”.

In this way, those opportunities that the Centre possesses, due to its large catchment area and the plentiful number of tourists to Flensburg, will be used to best advantage. To this end, the architectural configuration of the Centre was redesigned and leisure opportunities for customers extended. The fine dining sector will be strengthened from additional offerings and greater seating capacity. The sector and tenant structure is to be optimised and directed more strongly towards the needs of customers in the catchment area and visitors from Denmark.

Further tenants with drawing power are to be settled into rental spaces that are partly due for restructuring. HBB in this process is to assume letting of the shopping spaces in addition to letting of office spaces. A modern marketing design should appeal to customer on a more individual, targeted and efficient basis and new services will offer accordingly more added value.

MAS acquired the Centre with approx. 25,000m² of rental space and 70 Shops at the end of 2018. The anchor tenants are Saturn, Müller Drugstore, Rewe and Netto.
