HBB buys office property in an attractive location in Stuttgart

A property company of HBB Capital Investor GmbH has acquired the office property "STEP3" in Stuttgart from Barmenia Krankenversicherung AG. The property is located in the so-called STEP (Stuttgarter Engineering Park) in the Vaihingen district. The 6-story building was built in 2001 and has around 7.800 m² of rental space, 89 underground garages and 30 outdoor parking spaces. The majority of the space is currently rented out. HBB plans to upgrade the building through various measures and make it ESG compliant. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to the airport and the city center, quick access to the A8 motorway and an S-Bahn stop around 200 m away ensure optimal transport connections.

HBB was advised on the transaction by realeis (technical), Harrer Ingenieure (fire protection), ZENK Rechtsanwälte (legal) and SKNvonGEYSO (tax). Engel Canessa brokered the transaction.
