HBB Capital Investors buys commercial property in Eidelstedt

The HBB Group has purchased a complex with office, factory and warehouse space in the industrial park in Hamburg-Eidelstedt. This area is home to both traditional office users and manufacturing companies, including those in the metal and mechanical engineering sectors, such as the headquarters of the Montblanc company.

The well-maintained property is located at Fangdieckstrasse 70-74 and has approximately 6,000 m² of rental space on a site of 7,500 m², which is allocated to three users. The two main tenants are DB Services and Xpress Seals. The site has approximately 75 parking spaces for cars and approximately 46 parking spaces for bicycles for use by employees.  The location in the west of Hamburg is within walking distance of the Eidelstedt train station with connections to the S 3 and S 21 towards Hamburg Hbf (15 min) or Pinneberg, as well as the AKN A 1 towards Neumünster via Kaltenkirchen. The HH-Volkspark and HH-Stellingen junctions are only a few minutes’ drive away and offer very good connections to the north and south with the A 7.

“We expect the quality of the location to improve significantly in the coming years,” says Olaf Fortmann, Managing Director of HBB Capital Investors.
