The company Facility Systems GmbH merges retroactively to 01.01.2024 with the parent company and sole shareholder, the company HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KGHBB Centermanagement took over Facility Systems from the previous owner in May 2022. The merger is intended to further strengthen HBB Centermanagement's market position, expand the range of services for investors and owners and strengthen internal cooperation. The entire range of services can now be offered across Germany with almost 200 employees. Facility Systems' previous headquarters in Lübeck will operate as a branch of HBB in the future.

HBB now manages over 2 million square meters of rental space with a value of almost 5 billion euros in the retail, office, care, hotel and residential sectors.

Together with Facility Systems, we have been able to further expand our strengths in recent years. With the merger, HBB Centermanagement can operate even more broadly and successfully on the market.
