HBB receives order to reposition the Flensburg Galerie

MAS Real Estate has commissioned HBB Centermanagement to create and implement a concept for the repositioning of the Flensburg Galerie.
This is intended to make the best possible use of the opportunities offered by the centre due to its large catchment area and the large number of tourists in Flensburg.
To this end, the architectural design of the center will be revised and the quality of the stay for customers will be improved.
The catering area will be strengthened by additional offers and more seating.
The industry and tenant structure will be optimized and more closely aligned to the needs of customers in the catchment area and visitors from Denmark.
Additional attractive tenants will be accommodated in rental areas that are to be partially restructured.
In addition to renting out the shop space, HBB is also responsible for renting out the office space in the property.
A modern marketing concept should address customers in a more individual, targeted and efficient manner and offer new services with corresponding added value.

MAS acquired the center with approximately 25.000 m² of rental space and 70 shops at the end of 2018.
Anchor tenants are Saturn, Müller Drogerie, Rewe and Netto.
