NordWestZentrum (NWZ), opened in 1968 and was expanded several times, most recently in 2018. It is one of the largest and most frequented shopping centers in Germany. Consumers find 160 stores, restaurants and services in an area of more than 90,000 sqm of rental space. Anchor tenants are Primark, Media Markt, REWE Center, Decathlon, Zara, P&C West, Müller Drogerie, H&M and C&A. In cooperation with Josef Buchmann Immobilien HBB aims to further develop the tenants mix and adapt the property to changing market conditions.
In addition to shopping centers, is HBB a specialist for asset classes like office, residential, hotels and senior living. This expertise can and will be utilized for the further development of NordWestZentrum.
