As of January 1, 2026, the HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG HBB is responsible for the center management and leasing management of LOOP5 in Weiterstadt. HBB has been supporting the center in the area of ​​leasing since the beginning of September.

With approximately 60.000 m² of retail space and around 175 shops, LOOP5 is one of the largest shopping centers in the region. Strong anchor tenants such as H&M, P&C, BabyOne, C&A, New Yorker, Intersport, and TK Maxx contribute to the attractive mix of retailers. The offerings are complemented by a newly designed food court with a high-quality atmosphere.

The center is conveniently located directly on the A5 motorway and offers its visitors almost 3.000 free parking spaces.

The HBB project aims to optimize the tenant and industry mix and continuously develop the overall concept of the center.

This includes in particular the further expansion of the retailtainment concept to offer customers an even more diverse shopping experience.
