HBB takes over leasing for the Ems-Quartier in Meppen

generation 3 GmbH, a company of the Lindhorst Group and the HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG cooperate in the development of the Ems district in Meppen

Winsen (Aller)/Hamburg, [29.09.2023] - The HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG will be responsible for leasing management for the future Ems Quarter in Meppen from October 01, 2023.

On the ground floor, attractive retail and catering areas are being created on around 7.200 m² with a focus on local supplies, retail-related services and complementary concepts. This creates a mix of industries that optimally covers the various needs of customers. The catering areas on the south side of the ground floor with a new terrace and a view of the water create space for social interaction and increase the quality of stay. On the first floor, modern, light-flooded and flexibly designed new healthcare and office spaces with a loft character are being created. In addition, apartments, an event hall and areas for co-working are planned. In the future, 1 rooms will be available for tourists, conference guests and event visitors in the new B&B hotel. The generous 91 parking spaces on two levels in the underground car park ensure convenient access to the Ems district regardless of the weather. Thanks to its ideal location within the city, the district will become a link between the train station, the old town and the new redevelopment area “Right of the Ems” being built in the immediate vicinity. Around 470 new residential units will be created in this area by 2030.
