HBB takes over the management of the Rée Carré Offenburg

Frankfurt/Hamburg, 16 January 2025 - The HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG is now taking over the district and rental management for the Rée Carré urban district in Offenburg.

The quarter, developed by the owner OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH, opened in 2021 and comprises around 17.600 square meters of rental space, offering an attractive mix of retail, gastronomy, services and residential space. With strong tenants such as Alnatura, dm, Decathlon, TK Maxx, Woolworth, L'Osteria, Fitness-Loft and other brands, the Rée Carré offers a diverse mix of industries that attracts visitors from across the region. In addition, the quarter includes 22 apartments, all of which are rented.

Thanks to its central location and excellent connections, the Rée Carré has become a popular meeting place. The property offers 400 parking spaces and 200 covered and video-monitored bicycle parking spaces. The district has also been awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate and meets the requirements of the EU taxonomy.

HBB Centermanagement will contribute its many years of expertise in the areas of management and leasing to further develop the district and strengthen it as a lively and sustainable location in the long term.
