Our services include center management, restructuring, and property management of retail, senior living, and office properties. Your tasks
- You will independently manage the commercial administration of commercial properties.
- You communicate regularly with tenants, owners and external partners.
- You prepare business plans, reports, and operating and heating cost statements.
- You record and maintain all relevant data in our systems.
- You monitor and process tenant accounts independently.
Your profile
- You have completed training in the real estate industry or a comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience in commercial real estate.
- You are characterized by an independent, self-responsible and team-oriented way of working.
- You have knowledge of real estate management software and are willing to familiarize yourself with our programs K-ZWO/Gypsilon and iX-Haus® (Nemetschek / Crem Solutions).
