Leasing Manager (m/f/d) Frankfurt
Welcome to HBB! We are a family-owned company with approximately 200 employees, headquartered in Hamburg, and have been successfully operating and growing for 55 years. Our services include center management, restructuring, and property management of retail, senior living, and office properties. Despite the differences between individual projects, our goal remains the same: to establish the properties we manage as number one in their respective market areas.
Your tasks
- You develop leasing concepts, including planning the industry and tenant mix as well as rent calculations.
- You are responsible for the new and subsequent letting of your property.
- You build and maintain a tenant network for potential rentals.
- You create market and location analyses to make informed decisions.
Your profile
- You have completed a business studies degree or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on trade or real estate, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in leasing retail space, ideally in shopping centers and/or retail parks.
- You are willing to travel within Germany.
- You have strong key qualifications such as commitment, strong communication skills and a high level of self-organization.
