Our services include center management, restructuring, and property management of retail, senior living, and office properties. Your tasks
- You will continuously work to strengthen and further expand the market position of the retail parks and shopping centers you manage.
- You set up successful tenant cooperations to increase profitability.
- You create convincing presentations, concise reports, useful templates and in-depth analyses.
- You lead the monthly meetings with the owners and coordinate all participants efficiently.
- You lead and motivate the local teams to achieve top performance.
- You create and implement exciting marketing campaigns – be it through events or traditional or digital measures.
- You will ensure the sustainable and cost-efficient operation of the shopping centers, working closely with the technical teams.
- You represent the centers you manage to politicians, institutions and visitors.
Your profile
- You already have professional experience as a center manager or a similar qualification.
- You are willing to travel in the southwest region between Frankfurt, Trier and Mainz.
- You have an affinity for retail, marketing and real estate.
- You are a strong communicator who is cost-conscious.
- You are self-motivated and solution- and service-oriented.
