KG” looks after modern shopping centres for the long term e.g. in Hanau, Gummersbach, Langenhagen, Ingelheim, Nidderau, Essen, Weiden, Flensburg, Hamburg, Dresden and Munich. Your tasks

  • Commercial support for commercial properties
  • Correspondence with tenants, owners and external interfaces
  • Creation of business plans and reports
  • Preparation of operating and heating bills
  • Collection and maintenance of the relevant data in the IT system (IMS)
  • Independent monitoring and processing of tenants’ accounts

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training ideally as a Real Estate agent (M/F) or a comparable training
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Real Estate management software, ideally IMS/Gypsilon
  • Self-starter, responsible and team-oriented way of working
