The Fürstenstrasse senior citizens’ nursing home combines classic architecture with modern facilities.
As early as the end of October 2021, the investor, HBB Hanseatische Gesellschaft für Seniorenheime mbH & Co. KG, based in Hamburg, handed over the home to the operator, Domicil Seniorenresidenzen SE. It is already the HBB’s 16th senior citizens’ nursing home in Berlin. All the homes built by the investor will remain in its own portfolio and will be operated by Domicil. Like all HBB facilities, the new nursing home in Zehlendorf is in the premium segment. Zehlendorf is in the premium segment. It has its own kitchen, where fresh meals are cooked every day – for residents, visitors and guests. An in-house laundry is also part of the concept.

“With this concept, our newest senior care home in Berlin is also consciously opening up to the district,
as whose firm component it wants to be perceived in the future”, underlines HBB managing director Oliver Radünz. HBB’s strategy is to build classic inpatient senior and nursing care facilities in central urban locations
