Hilpoltstein retail park

Hamburg, August 25.08.2020, 10. For a long time, the former Elsbett site on Industriestrasse in Hilpoltstein with its striking round building lay fallow. A modern retail park has now been built on this site, which will open its doors on September 2020, XNUMX.

The Bayreuth-based company Markgraf needed just 13 months to build the L-shaped project; the planning was carried out by the Seevetal-based architectural firm nhp. Due to the adjacent stream, the building will be called the "Gänsbach Center" in the future, and an attractive louvre facade will ensure an attractive appearance.

With around 2.400 m², the Rewe supermarket Oliver Jäschke is the anchor tenant of the retail park. Takko Fashion with around 500 m², the K+K shoe center with around 350 m² and a Mac Geiz branch with around 440 m² round off the range. The Schmidt bakery and Ewin Döner provide gastronomic well-being. Contract negotiations are currently underway for the only remaining free space of around 65 m².

An agreement was reached in advance with the city about which product ranges would be available in the future so that the center would complement and not compete with the city center. In total, the "Gänsbach Center" has a rental area of around 4.000 m² and has 125 spacious, ground-level parking spaces.
