New pop-up store in Forum Hanau
HBB supports young entrepreneurs / Second Vintage enriches the offer in Hanau city centre
Hanau, August 4, 2022 – HBB is once again actively involved in the development of Hanau’s city center: After the group of companies opened the Tatkraft pop-up store in May Forum Hanau supported, it is now providing young entrepreneur Noah Naber with a pop-up sales area in the forum. Naber is setting up his second-hand shop Second Vintage there. Naber has already proven the success of his concept elsewhere in Hanau; now, with the support of HBB, he is moving into Forum Hanau"Second Vintage is an attractive store concept and we are delighted that we can offer the ambitious young entrepreneur a space in our building," says center manager Claudia Ullmann. "His store will expand the range in the Forum Hanau and thus enrich the city center.” The store will open shortly.
Second Vintage offers second-hand clothes and accessories to young people and those who are young at heart and who combine fashion awareness with a commitment to sustainability. "I am very grateful that HBB has given me the opportunity to run my shop in such a central location," says Noah Naber. "Here I have enough space to experiment with other topics such as furniture, vinyl records or similar." Hanau's mayor Claus Kaminsky is also pleased with HBB's commitment: "Since the start of the collaboration, it has been shown time and again that HBB is not just thinking about its center, but about the entire city center." The city of Hanau wants to revitalize its city center and make it more attractive with creative store concepts.
About the Forum Hanau
The Forum Hanau is the largest shopping center in the region with an investment volume of around 200 million euros, a catchment area of more than 400.000 people and a demand volume of around 2,4 billion euros. The property, which consists of five buildings with a rental area of around 35.000 square meters for retail, catering and services, was completed in September 2015 and is over 96 percent rented. Tenants include H&M, New Yorker, JD Sports, TK Maxx, Smyths Toys, the local retailers Rewe and dm. The public user of around 9.000 square meters is the city of Hanau with the city library, the city archives, the Wetterau Society for Natural History and the media center.
