HBB celebrates the laying of the foundation stone for ”Viktoria Karree” in Bochum

Hamburg/Bochum, 26/06/2020: The foundation stone for Viktoria Karree Bochum was laid in the business quarter. The 160 million Euro project is being built on the site of the former Courts building in “Viktoriastraße” in the centre of the city. The HBB from Hamburg is constructing an open business centre with three multi-storey shells and 38,000m2 of rental space, in addition to an underground garage with more than 500 parking bays. This project forms part of the inner city initiative for Bochum City.
