Living with a view
The town of Bad Vilbel, with around 33.000 inhabitants, is the largest in the Wetterau district of Hesse. Bad Vilbel is located just north of the city limits of Frankfurt and is a popular place to live, with a steady influx of new residents. It combines proximity to the financial metropolis with the amenities of a spa town with mineral springs and its spa gardens. There are attractive green spaces along the Nidda, which flows through the town centre, and all the important local amenities can be found on the other side of the river. The best view, however, can be had from the Schöllberg, about a kilometre away, which is home to the Heilsberg settlement. Here, directly on the hillside, is the location of another senior care home in the greater Frankfurt area.
Characterized by green surroundings
The approximately 4.500 m² plot on the street "Am Hang" is located on the edge of a quiet residential area. Here, the house with 147 care places, mostly in single rooms, sets a bright, friendly accent. Inside, it offers the usual modern equipment to standard and also has a contemporary dementia area. Towards the city center, it not only offers an attractive view towards the Taunus, but also borders directly on an extensive green belt - perfect for relaxed walks.
