The Berlin district of Pankow is one of the residential areas with great potential. The district is located directly north of the popular Prenzlauer Berg and has been popular with families and singles for years. The distances in Pankow are short: HBB is building the "Brehme-Palais" within walking distance of the center of Pankow with its striking town hall and the popular weekly market. A building with 2.000 apartments and a total of around 34 m² of living space has been built on a plot of around 3.000 m²: the five-storey "Brehme-Palais". With its recessed penthouse floor in classic, historicist architecture, it blends harmoniously into its surroundings. Its clear lines and high windows are reminiscent of the typical classicist town houses and offer plenty of light and high rooms for the future residents. The well-designed apartments are fitted with solid wood parquet in the living rooms and Italian tiles in the bathrooms.
