Good care guaranteed
Bürstadt is located in the extreme south of Hesse in the Rhine-Main triangle, which has high purchasing power, not far from the Nibelungen city of Worms, which is located opposite on the other side of the Rhine, and around ten kilometers north of Mannheim / Ludwigshafen. In order to provide residents with the previously missing offers, HBB was commissioned to build a specialist retail center with a supermarket and additional specialist retail offers. A plot of land measuring around 28.000 m² was available for this purpose on Bibliser Pfad, between the city center and the Bobstadt district. At the same time, HBB had to ensure the establishment of a food supplier and additional uses in the middle of Bürstadt's city center. HBB was able to open the first center in October 2005, and the city center location was built a short time later.
Easy orientation
The architectural firm nhp partnership from Seevetal designed a contemporary retail park with a total of three buildings, a central parking facility and a new access roundabout from the Mainstrasse leading out of town. EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Südwest opened a supermarket as the anchor tenant of the project, which has a total gross floor area of around 6.000 m². Other tenants such as the Rossmann drugstore, Takko and a shoe center can be recognized by the colored arches above the respective entrances. This means that visitors can find their destination directly from any of the 280 parking spaces - quickly and conveniently.
