DOMICIL Carl-Damm-Straße

Modern expansion of the offer

Friedberg, which has around 29.000 inhabitants, is the administrative seat of the Wetterau district and is located north of Frankfurt am Main. The historic town is impressive due to its well-preserved townscape and one of the largest castles in Germany - and rock'n'roll fans will know it because Elvis Presley was stationed here as a soldier. Friedberg is also the location of a new nursing home, with which the HBB is further expanding its commitment in the Rhine-Main area. A 4.900 m2 A large plot of land was purchased on Carl-Damm-Straße, which had previously housed a car dealership. The street is quiet but centrally located, and the neighborhood consists of an established residential area. The new nursing home serves as a modern extension of the local offering and offers 133 places in 93 single rooms and 20 double rooms.

Protected and well-thought-out garden

Planned by the renowned Berlin architectural firm Broll Förster, the property consists of a U-shaped building that opens onto Carl-Damm-Straße. While the long rear side of the building is three stories high, the two flanking short sides have two stories. With this height and the design with hipped roofs, the house fits harmoniously into the neighborhood. The garden area is of particular importance: high-quality materials and well-thought-out furnishings as well as seasonal planting, an herb garden and a central water feature make it an experience for residents, visitors and neighbors. The location of the house also ensures that the more mobile residents are accommodated in accordance with the operator's motto: within walking distance of the center of Friedberg and in a functioning neighborhood - "in the middle of life."
