Stadthof Hanau

The Stadthof Hanau This project represents the successful transformation of a former department store into a modern, multi-purpose urban hub in the heart of Hanau. On approximately 2.000 square meters on the ground floor, over 20 carefully selected tenants present their individual concepts in the areas of retail, gastronomy, crafts, and services. The offering is complemented by a flexible event space – the "Agora" – which makes the Stadthof a vibrant meeting place for visitors.

On the upper floors, further highlights will be created, including the Brothers Grimm Vocational Academy, an exhibition, and various entertainment and leisure activities, which will have a lasting impact on the location and further strengthen Hanau's city center.

The HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG is involved in this project through consulting, development of ongoing operations, and leasing. The goal is to position the Stadthof as a modern, future-oriented, and vibrant space—an inspiring example of successful inner-city revitalization.
