The Am Pfühlpark senior care home was built in Heilbronn, the heart of Württemberg's third-largest wine-growing region. The location in a very popular, middle-class residential area east of the city center and the immediate proximity to the city's oldest and most beautiful park ensure a high-quality living environment. expansion into the south
The Am Pfühlpark project is the first of several retirement homes that HBB has currently built in southern Germany. Construction began in August 2009. With Koch & Meyer Bauunternehmung GmbH, HBB has been able to gain a strong partner from the region for the project. For this house, the architects opted for a modern look that still blends harmoniously into the surroundings. High-quality cladding and real wood paneling on the penthouse floor characterize the building. A roof terrace and a large garden with a water feature create additional quality of life. A new home for a total of 9.500 residents was created on a gross floor area of around 169 m², including its own dementia department.
