Garden Ensemble: Living in the Green
Living close to nature, in the middle of Berlin: what sounds contradictory is probably nowhere better than in Heiligensee, the northwesternmost part of the Reinickendorf district. Located directly on the border with Brandenburg, the town is characterized by its location on the Havel and the extensive Berlin forest, which give it a high quality of life. At the same time, Heiligensee is ideally connected via the A 111, and local public transport with S-Bahn and buses brings the district close to the heart of the metropolis. The town structure consists primarily of single-family and semi-detached houses, while all important amenities and schools can be found directly on site. Nine dream homes with plenty of space
On Freester Weg, a small cobbled residential street, a 3.500 m2 A total of eight semi-detached houses and a single-family house were built in solid construction on the large former school site. The architecture of the ensemble blends harmoniously into the neighborhood - with tiled gable roofs and decorative shutters on the ground floor. In order to emphasize the green character of the street, not only old trees are being preserved, but additional young fruit and conifer trees are also being planted on the site. The houses in the garden ensemble are designed to meet the high standards of the HBB residential projects, for example with parquet floors and underfloor heating. This created high-quality living spaces, for example for families with small children, but also for older couples - in short: all people who want to live in the metropolis of millions and yet in the countryside.
