The proximity to the town center allows residents to continue to participate in daily life and maintain contact with their familiar surroundings.

Thanks to constructive cooperation with the city and district administration, the modern building with timeless and attractive architecture planned by the Berlin architectural firm Broll-Förster can be quickly built. The future operating company, Seniorenresidenzen Hamburg SE, has a very good care and nursing concept. This is demonstrated by the good marks of the test results of the medical service of the health insurance companies, averaging 1,07. In cooperation with the operating company, this project will create around 80 permanent jobs in the city.
