The Frobenstrasse senior care home in the Berlin district of Lankwitz was completed in 2011. The idyllic and historically grown, middle-class district with lots of greenery and old trees creates a high-quality living environment. As a hub for many bus routes, Lankwitz is well connected to local public transport. There are a wide range of shopping opportunities locally, and the popular Schlossstrasse in Steglitz is easy and quick to reach. "In the middle of life", the operator's motto, was consistently implemented here through the careful selection of the location.

In Lankwitz, too, close and constructive cooperation with the district has paid off. A modern house was built in the shortest possible planning and construction time, the historicist architecture of which blends harmoniously into the surrounding buildings. The showpiece of the outdoor area is a garden with its own woodland. A large semi-circular ballroom, its own kitchen and its own laundry are further features of the project. The house offers all levels of care. With a gross floor area of around 9.800 m², an above-average amount of space was created for the 180 residents.
